Q: What is the minimum order requirement?
A: Minimum orders depend on the type of product and service you are looking for:

Clothing & Wearables 50 item min.
Pens and Gift Sets range 25 min.
All other products range from 100 min. - 250 min.
   
Q: What artwork format is required for imprinting?
A: For best results on any kind of imprinting we require a vector .eps file created in Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw.
For embroidery customers, if you already have your logo or design digitized for embroidery, we use TAJIMA format.
   
Q: How quickly can orders be completed?
A: We’re known for quick turn around. Generally our turn around time ranges from 2 – 3 weeks depending on the time of year and the quantity of your order. However, under special circumstances we can accommodate a turn-around of 4-5 days.
   
Q: What is included in the pricing?
A: All pricing varies based on quantity, imprinting method, number of colours imprinted and setup charges.
   
Q: What is the Setup Charge for?
A: This cost is for setting up your artwork to be properly used for the required imprinting method, eg: embroidery, silk screening or engraving. The setup charge is based on the number of designs required, the number of colours imprinted, and the number of locations the design will be imprinted.
